What does ++ really means???

Yesterday was our department's project completion celebration. We went to a Korean BBQ Restaurant for lunch which is fully paid by our company.

Our budget per person is less than $20. Okies... at least we should be quite grateful for it since we dont need to pay for ourselves....

The price stated in their website was $13++ for weekday lunch. Initially we thought the ++ was only a few bucks more... But to our surprise... the ++ caused us to spend more than our $20 budget!!!

PS: Alright alright... i gotta admit... the food is quite good!
